In Hollywood, actress Sydney Sweeney is fleeing the horde of journalists and fans. Since the release of the film, "The Housekeeper," her fame has skyrocketed. The film was a worldwide hit, and she finds herself harassed at every turn. Before, she could get around without a bodyguard, but now, the situation has changed. Sydney was nervously exhausted from answering the same questions over and over again, especially the recurring question about her breasts. Were they real? She wondered more and more if surgery to reduce their size would help refocus the journalists' attention on her work, on her art. Sydney was deeply saddened that everyone saw her simply as a pretty actress, a blonde doll with large breasts. Yes, it was decided: she would have the surgery at the new clinic that had recently opened in the upscale neighborhoods of Hollywood.

In a Hollywood café, Dr. Alan Divine and Mildred Ratched were enjoying a brief respite. Divine was still pleased to have Dr. Timmons' body, as was Ratched, who had managed to convince Alan to perform one last operation before fleeing their clinic. Mildred had thus inherited the sexy body of journalist Jennifer Watson. She had also managed to get into bed with Alan, whom she had admired for years. The new clinic they had opened in Hollywood was going to be their new base.
 - "My dear Mildred, we must resume our search. We need to get back to work very quickly. I suggest you start looking for candidates."
- "Yes, Alan. I'll resume my search on the dark web."
- "I read in the press that this Ghada El Amine is one of the most wanted terrorists. I think she would be very interested in our services. And I've noticed that Hollywood is full of actresses who are obsessed with cosmetic surgery. Our cover is perfect."

Back at the clinic, Mildred began searching for Ghada El Amine. Unlike the FBI, Alan had more contacts in that world because some of his previous patients were already wanted individuals. Mildred managed to contact Ghada through an intermediary and explained that she had a solution that would allow her to no longer have to hide and would grant her great freedom of movement around the world. This should pique her interest.

Divine had ordered Mildred to search for a new assistant. The more people who performed the surgery, the more money they would make. The hardest part would be finding the right candidate: a doctor with solid knowledge of transplants and brain function. Mildred came across this article and called out to Alan.
 - "Alan, look what I found!"
Alan leaned over the screen and read a very interesting article. It concerned a certain Dr. Ellen Kemp, a neurosurgeon. She was suspected of being a doctor offering her services to terrorist groups. No ties, no family. She would soon be sentenced to prison, perhaps even the death penalty.
 - "Perfect! I've heard of her and her work. She inspired me back then."
 - "You think she'll agree to become just an assistant? From what I've read in the article, she seems very ambitious and independent."
 - "I think that beyond the substantial salary, I think we could offer her a completely different arrangement, as a welcome gift."
 - "Yes, Alan, I see what you mean."

The next day, Sydney Sweeney arrived at the clinic. Alan greeted her at the entrance.
 - "Mrs. Sweeney, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Dr. Alan Divine, and I run this clinic."
 - "Pleased to meet you, Doctor, but you can call me Sydney."
 - "I'm a big fan of your work. On the phone, you explained that you were primarily looking to rest and get away from it all."
 - "Yes, I do intend to have some work done on my body, but I'd also like to take a step back. I read that you're also a sort of retreat for people experiencing intense stress."
 - "That's right. You can stay as long as you need, and we'll schedule the procedures accordingly. In the meantime, I'll let you settle into your room."

A few hours later, Ghada El Amine arrived at the clinic discreetly. She didn't use the main entrance. Although she had managed to come to Hollywood undetected by the authorities, it hadn't been easy. Ghada had a cold and suspicious demeanor. She remained intrigued, however, by the email she had received.
    Alan and Mildred greeted her.
 - "Welcome to my establishment, Ms. El Amine. I am Dr. Alan Divine, and this is my assistant, Mildred Ratched."
 -  "Let's not waste any time. Your message said you could offer me a new kind of freedom. What does it entail? Changing my appearance through cosmetic surgery. But while I've considered it, I find it ridiculous given my... build. I'll still be easily identifiable. And there's no question of going on a diet!"
 - "Of course, Ms. El Amine. I will explain our services to you soon. I suggest you first get some rest; the journey must have been long and very difficult."

After a few hours in her room, Ghada was beginning to lose patience. Her busy schedule meant she didn't have a minute to spare. She didn't know why she had decided to make this trip. The proposal she received by email intrigued her. Having lived a life of utmost discretion, fleeing several cities each year, she longed for stability, to reconnect with the world.
Divine invited her to join him in his office that afternoon. She didn't even take the time to change. Although somewhat vain, she was eager to be done with this stay and get back to her work. Divine stood near a huge screen and showed her to a seat right in front of it.
 - "Ms. El Amine. I'm going to explain precisely what our services consist of. For years, I've been working on a serum that allows me to achieve the impossible: perform brain transplants." "Are you kidding? You want me to have a brain transplant? That's insane. I've never heard of that kind of operation being successful."
 - "Oh, but it's perfectly normal! I'm the only one who's succeeded. And I'm living proof. How old would you guess me?"
 - "You're over forty?" At this answer, Divine wondered if a new body might be under consideration.
 - "Actually, I was born in 1948."
Ghada was surprised by the answer. Divine added:
 - "And how old would you guess my assistant, Miss Ratched?"
- "Barely thirty?"
- "She's actually 78."
Ghada stared at the doctor. She knew when someone was lying to her. The doctor remained serious.
- "So you understand that these bodies aren't our original bodies. I therefore offer you the same service." -  - "And at what price, Doctor?"
- "Ten million dollars." Ghada couldn't help but let out a small gasp of surprise.
- "Oh, but I haven't told you everything. You answered a questionnaire earlier. You confirmed that you love movies. Well, I propose that you become a movie star!"
 - "But how…"
 - "It's extremely simple. We have the star you need. You could become the actress Sydney Sweeney."
At these words, Ghada laughed nervously.
 - "First, we're going to train you to become Sydney. You'll spend several days learning Sydney's life by heart: her mannerisms, her relationships, her childhood, her work, her passions. We're taking this training very far; you'll have to watch hours of films, documentaries, interviews… and then the operation will come."
 - "But that's impossible!"
 - "Remember, she's a young, beautiful, talented, and very popular actress. You'll therefore inherit her fortune. We suggest you transfer your money to her account once the operation is complete."
Ghada was speechless, beginning to consider the implications. Divine went to the screen. Several photos of Sydney Sweeney flashed across the screen, showing her as a child, a teenager, then with her family, on film sets, at premieres... The slideshow seemed endless. Indeed, their research was extensive. Ghada had already seen many films with Sydney; she already found her stunning. Divine pulled Ghada from her thoughts.
 - "You will be free and in the public eye. Your filming will allow you to travel. To pursue your other activities alongside this life as a star. You will regain your youth and..."
 - "Beauty."
At that moment, the screen displayed a recent photo of Sydney, showing off a magnificent plunging neckline.
 - "I wouldn't have dared, Ms. Al Amine. But yes, Sydney was a very beautiful woman."
- "They are... They are real?"
- "You will find out in due time..."

Having accepted the doctor's proposal, Ghada made arrangements regarding her activities. She contacted her accomplices, explaining that she would be unavailable for a while and that she was considering changing her identity. Although she still found it hard to believe, she decided to give it a try. The sum was substantial, but the advantages were more than worthwhile. She would no longer have to hide; she would live openly. In her youth, she had dreamed of being an actress. Divine explained that she wasn't obligated to continue acting; he had been able to obtain Miss Sweeney's bank account details. She lived modestly and was already able to retire. But Ghada accepted the challenge of playing the actress once more.
In the following days, Ghada was essentially confined to a room covered in photographs of Sydney. At every age, on every occasion. A comfortable armchair in front of a screen occupied part of the room. She watched everything she could find about Sydney, from YouTube to her complete filmography. Ghada regularly took notes and amused herself by imitating her gestures, as well as her diction and the different intonations of her voice.
Ghada was also coached by Nurse Ratched. She took the opportunity to ask her about her life and her new body. The more time passed, the more Ghada began to truly believe in this proposal. Ratched sympathized with Ghada and shared old memories with her. Although tiring, Ghada used this training period to rest; she even began to relax and imagine herself in Sydney's body.

The time for the operation was approaching. Divine informed Ghada that Sydney was already at the facility. She had registered for a rest stay followed by the possibility of breast reduction surgery. This shocked Ghada, who didn't understand this decision. Divine suggested she meet her to refine her impersonation.
Sydney was thoroughly enjoying her stay, far from journalists and especially paparazzi. She was peacefully drinking her morning coffee when Ratched appeared on the terrace with Ghada. When Ghada saw Sydney, she gave her a huge smile, which made Sydney a little uncomfortable. The old woman's gaze seemed strange to her.
 - "Miss Sweeney. I'd like you to meet Mrs. Ghada El Amine," said Ratched.
Ghada extended her hand. Sydney shook it politely.
 - "Pleased to meet you, Mrs. Al Amine."
 - “Oh, but call me Ghada, my dear. I’m a huge fan. When Miss Ratched told me you were also staying at this establishment, she took the liberty of suggesting we meet… by chance.”
Sydney glared at Ratched, as she wanted some privacy. But still, it was nice to be recognized. Ratched left them alone. Ghada and Sydney chatted for a few hours. Ghada asked her dozens of questions. Sydney seemed astonished that she knew so much about her. She seemed to be a true fan. Incredible, Sydney thought, that a woman of her class and background could be such a fan of a film actress.
But Sydney began to feel uneasy; the questions were becoming increasingly sensitive, even intimate. For her, certain details about her life were not meant for the public to know. This disconcerted her. She decided to end the conversation.
 - “Please excuse me, Ms. Al Amine… I mean Ghada. I’d like to rest a little before the operation.”
 - “Oh yes, I understand, Sydney. I also have to have surgery soon. Thank you so much for sharing this moment with me.”
Sydney went back to her room, unable to explain the discomfort she felt, the impression of having been interrogated so intrusively. She attributed it to stress.

After leaving Sydney, Ghada returned to her training room. She did some more mimicry exercises. She turned on the television and chose a video of Sydney playing with her hair and caressing her face. She watched the video so often that she knew every gesture by heart. She was more than eager to embody Sydney. She received a message from Divine, informing her that the intervention would take place later that afternoon.

Dr. Divine picked up Ghada El Amine at the appointed time. He suggested she see Sydney before the operation. Sydney hadn't noticed the sedative that had been placed in several drinks in her room, from the cup of tea she'd been served to the small bottles of water and alcohol in her minibar. Sydney had simply dozed off peacefully in her bed, surprised by such sudden fatigue. Ghada entered the room and saw Sydney in hospital pajamas, unconscious. She approached her and stroked her face.
 -  "Oh my God, her skin is so soft! She's truly beautiful."
She moved even closer. Sydney still had light makeup on, which enhanced her beauty.
Divine showed Ghada to a room where she could change into pajamas before the operation. She obeyed. While changing, Ghada took one last look at her body. She looked at her wrinkled hands and face, her breasts that hadn't been as firm for a long time, her stomach that had grown larger in recent years. Ghada was then taken to the operating room.

The operation could begin. Dr. Divine's transplantation technique had been greatly improved. His serum proved 100% effective on female bodies. The rejection rate had dropped to zero, thus preventing brain damage. The subjects became zombie-like creatures with bestial strength but no intelligence. Divine had made the mistake of keeping these monsters in his first clinic. A tactical error that forced him to flee.
During the operation, Divine reflected that it was truly time to find an assistant. Ellen Kemp would certainly do the trick. He planned to pay her a visit very soon. He had tasked Mildred with finding her address.

The operation was over. Divine put away and cleaned his tools. The operation was a complete success. He was also surprised by how long it had taken. But the operation had tired him a little; it required intense concentration. He thought back to his old body. He wouldn't have been able to perform this kind of procedure anymore. Timmons' body had arrived just in time.
Thirty minutes later, once the healing was complete, no trace of the operation was visible around the skull. Divine waited a while for Ghada to wake up.
Ghada finally opened the door slowly. Dazzled by the light, she immediately closed it again and placed her hands in front of her eyes. This reassured Divine, who knew she was in complete control of her body. Then Ghada stared at the skin of her hands for a few moments and decided to sit up slightly. She felt her hair fall back onto her shoulders and touched it immediately. Soft, neat, but above all, smooth. It wasn't her brown hair anymore. She then touched her face, and immediately noticed that her breasts had become firm again. She was now fully awake, and well aware of this new change.

The doctor explained to Ghada that the operation had gone perfectly and that she would be practically back on her feet within the hour. He helped her to her feet and led her to a small room.
This room was a kind of enormous dressing room. There was a chest of drawers next to a mirror surrounded by small light bulbs. On the chest of drawers were various kinds of makeup. The wardrobe was filled with just as many different clothes. The doctor explained:
 - "I'll give you some time to get used to your body and choose an outfit... more suited to your new appearance. Remember that you're going to be playing a new role. Let's not stray too far from Miss Sweeney's original style."
 - "Yes, Doctor."
At these words, Ghada put her hand to her throat. She didn't recognize his voice. She gave the doctor a huge smile, and he left her alone in the room. Ghada began to rummage through the clothes and chose her first outfit. She couldn't wait to get out of that horrible hospital pajama. Then she walked over to the mirror and faced it. She said aloud,
 - "Incredible, I'm Sydney Sweeney now. I have her body. I'm so sexy."

Ghada was overjoyed. She hadn't imagined for a moment that she'd ever wear some of her outfits again. She felt like she'd tried on every single piece of clothing available to her. Between each fitting, she spent several moments admiring herself naked in front of the mirror. Her new body was more than perfect. She knew Sydney took good care of her body; she did some exercise. She confirmed that her new breasts were indeed natural, which amused her, given the number of articles and rumors she'd read about them. And to think she'd been planning on getting a breast reduction! What a crime!
Behind the door, she heard Ratched's voice reminding her that she could leave within the hour and that he'd told Sydney's driver he could come and get her. Ghada told Ratched she'd be ready soon, then decided to put on the black leather dress, which flattered her figure perfectly.
She left the dressing room and went to her room. Then she packed her suitcase, keeping only the essentials. She chuckled to herself, imagining herself wearing her old clothes, now too baggy.
There was a knock at the door. She opened it. The doctor had changed out of his surgical scrubs and into a gray suit. She realized then that the doctor was actually quite handsome. His new physique already seemed to be affecting his thoughts. It had been a long time since she'd thought about finding a partner, given his terrorist activities.
On the way to the door, Divine reminded her of the role she would now be playing.
 - "You are Sydney Sweeney from now on. You don't have any filming for a while. She had planned a few more weeks for her stay. Use this time to familiarize yourself with her family, her house, her lifestyle. I'll see you very soon."
 - "I understand, Doctor. Thank you again for everything. I'll see you very soon for the final payment."     Ghada walked towards the limousine. She couldn't help but notice the chauffeur's undressing gaze. He opened the door for her.
 - "Miss Sweeney. Please..." She smiled at him, thinking,
 - "Miss Sweeney. How lovely to hear."

Meanwhile, across town, in a trendy bar, Sara was having a great time with her girlfriend, Marion. The day, though tiring, absolutely had to end with a drink. Sara and Marion were both actresses. At the moment, they were only getting small roles. Their conversation eventually turned to their portfolios. They each pulled out their photo books and laughed as they reminisced about their experiences and anecdotes. Hollywood was certainly a fun and glamorous world, but making it as an actress was tough. But despite the small roles, they both knew they would eventually find the role of a lifetime.
They had met in the waiting room for a casting call a few years earlier. They were auditioning for the same role. Neither of them got the part, but they fell in love. They lived separately but spent a lot of time together. Their love was so strong that they had promised to marry once their careers took off.
Sara was a stunning brunette who had managed to land a few roles in commercials. As for Marion, she was a very beautiful Black woman who, after several stints as an extra, had finally landed a small part in two TV movies. This allowed her to get close to some of the stars of the moment.
For now, it was time to relax, but above all, to celebrate. They ordered drinks again. Their bursts of laughter drew attention. Many men admired them from a distance.

Ghada took her role very seriously and played it perfectly. She allowed herself a simple little test of her first contact with her fans. Ghada had learned that Sydney had booked a room in a four-star hotel. When the driver dropped her off at the hotel entrance, a horde of fans was already there. Ghada, who had long lived in isolation, surrounded only by her staff, could finally enjoy chatting and talking with young people. She approached the fans and began signing the various photos and posters they presented to her. Ghada had practiced perfectly reproducing Sydney's signature in all its forms: official or abridged for the fans. She was also reassured to be able to identify each photo from films or shoots by renowned photographers. Thanks to her excellent memory, she was able to name the photographer and the year the photo was taken. She easily answered every question asked and even posed for selfies with several of them. She smiled at them, thinking, "If they only knew they were taking a selfie with one of the most wanted terrorists!"
Before walking away, she replied with amusement to a fan who asked her:
 - "You seem to be doing much better. When will you be resuming your activities?"
 - "Very soon, I assure you."

Sara and Marion continued their romantic evening. The next stop? A movie. They both shared a passion for film. They had wanted to be actresses for a long time. Sara explained to Marion that she had an audition the next day for a small film, but she was worried she wouldn't get the part because there were so many other hopefuls. It was for the role of a female surgeon investigating a case in a hospital. She had studied the part extensively and learned as many medical terms as possible.
 - "I'm sure you'll get the part, darling," said Marion.
 - "I hope so. I'm tired of struggling. How's the shoot going for you?" asked Sara.
 - "Oh, you know, it's just a small role. But I'm acting opposite Megan Fox!"
 - "So, what's she like in real life?" "Pretty cool! We actually got along really well. She's not pretentious. And she's well aware that her looks play a big role. She gave me some good advice."
They moved calmly along the queue. The movie would start soon.

Later that night, after the movie ended, Marion and Sara decided to take a stroll through the streets. They found it very romantic. The movie they had just seen was a romantic comedy. They walked hand in hand, each lost in her own thoughts. Then came that moment when they felt the urge to kiss. They loved each other deeply.

Sara had a little trouble waking up the next morning. Her evening with Marion had been a bit too much. Sara went to the casting call for this film, which seemed to be a medical thriller. She wanted this role at all costs. She had thoroughly studied the scene she was going to perform as a screen test. She had also taken the time to learn a little more about the type of medicine her character would be practicing and memorized as much of the jargon and technical terms as possible. That might make all the difference. They were looking for a tall, dark-haired actress, roughly her age. Sara knew she also had a certain charm. Modestly, she knew she was attractive. She was often approached, hit on, flirted with several times a week. But her heart already belonged to Marion.
Once she arrived at the casting location, she let out a huge sigh when she saw the number of candidates. She took a deep breath, tried to ignore them, grabbed a celebrity magazine lying on a small table, and sat down in the last available seat. She could probably hear an assistant director calling the candidates' names one by one. She began to flip through the magazine.
The cover story was about actress Sydney Sweeney, who, after a stay in a rehabilitation clinic, was behaving very strangely. Those around her found her very different. Colder, more distant. Sara didn't take the time to read the entire article. The line of candidates was gradually shrinking; her turn would come.
Then suddenly, Sara came across a photo that surprised her.

The article about Sydney Sweeney was accompanied by several photos. Some paparazzi had managed to get exclusive pictures of the actress with a completely unknown man. Despite the dark glasses, Sara realized it was indeed her brother: Jimmy.
Sara Timmons hadn't heard from her brother in years. The last time she'd spoken to him, she'd talked on the phone. Despite the various problems he'd been having, he'd told her he'd found a job as an assistant at a clinic in a small town. Sara didn't get the name of the clinic or the town, or even his employer. He was supposed to call her back after the interview. That had been a few months now.
The photo showed Jimmy Timmons with Sydney Sweeney. What kind of medicine could he be practicing to have gotten so close to the stars? In any case, Sara deduced that he was definitely in Hollywood now. She knew Sydney Sweeney's address; all she had to do was keep an eye on his comings and goings to find her brother.
Suddenly, Sara's name was called. She took the magazine with her, hoping to find more details in the article. She hid it in her small backpack.
Sara then met with the director, who had her read several lines from the script. Despite the shock of possibly having found her brother, she managed to play the scene admirably. The look the director gave her reassured her. He said nothing. But before leaving the room, Sara overheard an order from the director to his assistant.
 - "You can send the others home. We've found our heroine!"

Knowing that her brother Jimmy was in town, Sara decided to follow actress Sydney Sweeney. Luckily, Sara had access to various film sets, having worked as an extra on several occasions. She had learned, through conversations with other extras, that Sydney owned a beautiful, rather discreet villa in Beverly Hills. She parked her car not far from the entrance gate. Sydney wasn't filming anything, so Sara worried she might have to stay and watch the actress for a long time. The article she had read in the magazine explained that Sydney had been away for several days. She had apparently spent time at a clinic. Many speculated that it was for a treatment program. But the most plausible theory was that Sydney intended to have cosmetic surgery. This intrigued Sara, who naturally found the actress stunning. Although she had a good reputation for being a down-to-earth, natural, and funny woman, she had apparently emerged from the experience transformed, to the point that those around her noticed a different side of her since her stay.
Suddenly, the gate opened, and a black sedan with tinted windows emerged. This caused the paparazzi who had been hiding in the corners near the property to come out. Sara started the engine and began to follow the sedan. The car stopped after driving for a while downtown near a café. The driver got out and opened the door for a stunning blonde in a beautiful white dress. Sara got out of the car and followed her. Sydney went into a café. She seemed used to it, as no one paid any attention to her presence. She ordered a beer. This surprised Sara, who thought she had read that Sydney didn't like alcohol. Curious. Sydney seemed to be waiting for someone.
Divine appeared at the entrance of the café and began scanning the crowd, looking for someone. When he saw Sydney, he approached her and sat down at her table. Sara sat down at a nearby table, but could barely hear their conversation. That was it! She had found her brother; all that remained was to wait until he was alone. Divine approached Ghada after checking that no one could hear them. The café was full, but no one was paying them any attention.
 - "So, Ghada, how are we doing today?"
 - "Please, it's Sydney now, Doctor! I feel wonderful. I presume you've come to collect the balance? Here's your check."
Ghada handed her a check, explaining:
- "The transfer of my money to Sydney's account went very quickly! It was definitely worth it! Thank you again, Doctor."
- "I must go now. Enjoy your new life!"
- "Thank you again, Doctor," Ghada replied with a huge smile.

Divine left the café, looking satisfied. Business seemed to be picking up. He thought nothing could go wrong for them. Divine headed towards a seedy neighborhood where his sources had mentioned Dr. Ellen Kemp's last known address. Sara was right behind him, waiting for the right moment to approach. She noticed his gait was different, but she figured it was normal since she hadn't seen him in a long time.
On a more secluded street, she jumped out at him unexpectedly.
 - "Hey bro! Fancy meeting you!"
Divine jumped, genuinely surprised by this pretty, brunette stranger who had just leaped up on him.
 - "Uh... Yeah... hello... hi... How... How are you?"
 - "Don't say that after all this time, you've forgotten your little sister Sara?"
His sister. Divine immediately recognized the woman's identity: it was Sara Timmons, the sister of the doctor whose body, and therefore appearance, he had now stolen.
 -  "No, I haven't forgotten you... But what are you doing here?"
 - "Well, we're in Hollywood, you know. I'm trying to make it as an actress, you know that."
 - "Yes, of course."
 - "Oh, I'm so happy to have found you again! You haven't contacted me since your last phone call. So you're working for that doctor after all?"
Divine concluded that she was referring to the job he had offered Timmons.
 - "Listen... Sara. I'm late for an important meeting. How about we meet tomorrow at a café to talk?"
Divine wanted to give himself time to refine his story, his lies, and to learn a little more about Timmons and his sister. Social media would probably be very useful to her.
 - "Okay, I understand, it must be important. Here's my number."
Divine handed her her phone, and Sara added her number to her contacts.
 - "Oh, I see I wasn't in your contacts anymore."
 - "It was a new phone, that's why I couldn't call you... and... and I've been very busy these last few days."
 - "You can explain everything to me tomorrow!"
Sara kissed her on the forehead and walked away. Divine watched her go, sighing with relief, then continued on her way to Dr. Kemp's.

Dr. Ellen Kemp had found refuge in a squalid apartment in a run-down neighborhood. She had been suspected, tried, and then convicted for being the designated doctor for several terrorist factions. She didn't care about their claims; she was more interested in the money for her operations and treatments. She needed funds to continue her brain experiments. The terrorists sometimes provided her with test subjects. Her clinical trials often turned into torture.
All the evidence was against her; she had no way to escape. She had no ties. She was unattractive, and therefore had no man in her life. She took a revolver from a drawer, a gun meant for protection. But what was the point? She risked life imprisonment, or worse. She loaded the revolver and began to think about the past, about her younger years. Her ambition had been her undoing. She was about to load the barrel into its barrel when there was a knock at the door.

Curious by nature, she wondered who it could be. If it had been the police, they would have already broken down the door. She opened it and found herself face to face with a handsome young man with dark hair, dressed in a black suit.
 - "Dr. Kemp, I presume? I am Dr. Alan Divine."
 - "Divine? I've heard of you before. You were a leading figure in the field of neurosurgery. But... But you disappeared after being accused of..."
 - "Yes, that's me." Without realizing it, Ellen dropped her revolver to the floor. The sound of it falling caught Divine's attention.
 - "I see I've arrived just in time."
 - "What do you want?" Divine analyzed the apartment, which also served as the doctor's office.
 - "I see you're still looking to practice?"
 - “Yes, but it’s over! Since those accusations, I have no more patients, no more clients. Nobody wants to hear about me anymore.”
    Suddenly, Ellen remembered something.
 - “Dr. Divine, you certainly don’t look your age! If I remember correctly, you were much older… older than me, actually. You… you’re his son?”
 - “No, Dr. Kemp. I am indeed the one and only Alan Divine. And that’s precisely why I’d like you to come with me to my clinic.”
Having nothing left to lose, Kemp grabbed his jacket and agreed to go with Divine.

Dr. Kemp followed Dr. Divine, who headed back towards the city center. Divine thought back to his encounter with Sara. It was a problem he would have to address very quickly.
Divine had left his car not far from the café where he had met Ghada. They got into the car to go to the clinic. Upon arriving at the clinic, he asked Ellen to change into a surgical gown; he was scheduled to operate that afternoon. He wanted her to witness the operation so he could explain what he expected of her.
Before performing the operation, he presented his serum.
 - "This is the fruit of my labor, of many years of research."
 - "But what is it?" asked Kemp. "This serum, you see, greatly facilitates brain transplants. You're right about one thing. The body you see isn't my original body. It belongs to a young doctor who was my assistant."
 - "It's incredible, so you succeeded?"
 - "Yes. And you were able to meet Miss Ratched, who would have been celebrating her 79th birthday."
 - "The pretty blonde nurse we passed earlier?"
 - "That's right."
 - "So what do you expect from me?"
 - "I'm going to demonstrate how to perform these transplants, and you'll assist me. Our clientele is very wealthy and very numerous. There's a lot of money to be made."
 - "Your assistant?"
 - "Don't worry. I know what you're thinking. Timons' body suits me perfectly. I've regained my former dexterity. We'll operate together this afternoon, and tomorrow I'll let you perform your first operation."
Ellen began to feel hopeful again. Afterward, Divine explained that she could move into one of the clinic's rooms. He then described the type of clientele they would have, without going into too much detail about the patients they had already treated. Ellen spent the rest of the afternoon gathering her belongings and settling in. Then she assisted the doctor for the rest of the day. She found him fascinating.

The next morning, Divine searched social media for more information about "his sister." Luckily, she was registered on several platforms. He learned her date of birth, her place of birth, and some details about her childhood. He was surprised to find photos of Jimmy with Sara. They seemed very close.
The time for their meeting arrived. He met Sara at the café as planned. She was already there. They ordered two coffees and two croissants.
    Sara immediately began questioning him:
 - "So, tell me! What's happened to you all this time?"
 - "Well, yes! I had an interview with Dr. Alan Divine. You know, he's a true genius. I've learned a lot from him since he hired me."
 - "Are you his assistant?"
 - "No, he... he's getting old. I'm currently in his position, and I run his clinic." "Wow! That's fantastic! What a promotion! I understand you didn't have time to call your dear little sister."
 - "And you?... And you?"
 - "Well, listen! What a coincidence, but I'm going to have to practice medicine too."
The remark surprised Divine, who didn't understand.
 -  "I just auditioned for the role of a female doctor in a thriller set in a hospital."
This made Divine laugh, and she was accompanied by Sara.
 - "Is it your first role?"
 - "Yes, I still can't believe it... But now that I think about it, could you help me?"
 - "With what?"
 - "You could let me visit your clinic, meet patients, assist you in operations. You could teach me technical skills, medical jargon..."
As she explained, Sara began to get excited at the idea. Divine immediately thought it was a bad idea. Far too risky. It would be easy to figure out what kind of procedure he was performing.
 - "I... I don't know..."
 - "Oh, you know me, when I get an idea in my head. I won't let you go! This is the role of a lifetime, I want to be as convincing as possible!!"
Divine remained silent for a moment, thinking. Then an idea came to her.
 - "Okay, tomorrow afternoon, come to my clinic. I'll introduce you to the team. And... and I think you could actually be very useful!"
 - "Yes, I think we could work well together!"

The following morning, very early, Dr. Ellen Kemp assisted Dr. Divine one last time. She was able to perform the next operation on her own, under Divine's supervision. The operation, as well as the two that followed, were a complete success. From the injection of the product to the transplantation and the immediate healing, everything went perfectly. Divine congratulated her:
 - "Excellent work, Dr. Kemp. I see that I made the right decision in hiring you."
 - "Thank you, Dr. Divine."
 - "I think you can call me Alan from now on."
    Ellen blushed slightly.
 - "You can call me Ellen."
 - "We will now be able to perform more operations per day. And I even think your work deserves another reward."
 - "The salary you offered me suits me perfectly; I will be able to continue my research on my own."
 - "Oh, but I'm thinking of a very special reward, one that I think you'll like."
 - "You intrigue me, Alan."

The morning was tiring for Alan and Ellen. They performed several operations, most of them independently by Ellen. Divine explained to Kemp during their lunch break that they had received a visit from a very special person. She had to keep their activities secret. This intrigued Dr. Kemp, who, since his encounter with Dr. Divine, had been in for a series of surprises.
As planned, Sara Timmons arrived at the hospital on time. She was greeted by Divine and Kemp.
 - "Ellen, I'd like you to meet my sister, Sara Timmons. Sara, this is Dr. Kemp, my new colleague," Divine began.
 -  "Your... Your sister?" Kemp wondered.
Sara shook Kemp's hand after giving Divine a kiss on the cheek, which amused Kemp at the time, once he realized the connection. Sara shook Kemp's hand.
 - “Nice to meet you, Dr. Kemp. What’s it like working with my brother? Is he a workaholic?” Sara asked.
    The question amused Kemp again.
 - “Yes… you could say that.”
Divine glanced at Kemp briefly to signal him not to say anything more, then gave him a broad smile. This knowing look between Divine and Kemp unsettled Sara, who continued the conversation:
 - “So, Jimmy, as we were discussing, would you be willing to show me your work? Could you teach me about your daily routine? The proper techniques, the correct terminology.”
 - “I should tell you that my sister is an actress. And her next role will be playing a female doctor in a medical thriller,” Divine explained to Kemp.
 - “Oh, how interesting,” Kemp replied.
 - “I wish I could leave here giving the perfect impression that I’m a real doctor.”
 - "Oh, but my dear Sara. I promise you everyone will believe it. Let's begin the tour, shall we?"

Divine pointed Sara in the right direction to begin the tour. Kemp remained in the room and said goodbye to Sara:
 - "Goodbye, Miss Timmons, I hope to see you again very soon!"
 - "Oh, you can count on it, I might just drop by this clinic!"
Kemp watched Sara walk away, admiring her figure. She contemplated the magnificent shape of her breasts and buttocks. She wasn't sure if he had fully understood his colleague's intentions, but the possibility lingered in her mind. Sara continued to be excited as she wandered through the clinic, talking a lot about her future role. But her brother seemed focused on something else. She found him more distant, colder than she remembered.
 - "Is everything alright, Jimmy?"
 - "Yes, my dear, everything is fine."
His new way of speaking began to worry Sara a little. Something must have happened during his long absence. They arrived in an operating room. A stunning blonde greeted them.
 - "Sara, this is Nurse Mildred Ratched. She's worked with me for many years."
Without a word, Sara shook Mildred's hand. "Many years"? This girl looked barely 30. A curious way of speaking.
 - "Pleased to meet you, Sara. Alan... I mean, Jimmy has been telling me a lot about you since yesterday."     Divine nodded to Mildred. Sara was intrigued. It seemed he had prepared instructions for what was to come.
 - "To begin our lessons, I suggest you lay her on this table. And I'm going to describe the kind of operation we perform here. The patient's initial examination is the most important."
Sara couldn't see what Mildred was doing behind her brother's back. Once she was lying on the table, Sara felt increasingly uncomfortable. She attributed it to the stress of a doctor's visit. She reassured herself, thinking it was all an act. Mildred came back to her, one hand behind her back. Before Sara could react, Mildred immediately placed a damp handkerchief under her nose. The chloroform took effect almost instantly, and Sara quickly fell into a deep sleep.
 - "Perfect," said Divine. "You can go ask Ellen to get ready."

A moment later, Ellen Kemp reappeared in the room where Sara was being prepared. Ratched had just changed her into hospital pajamas. Ellen Kemp was wearing the same pajamas. She approached Sara, who was fast asleep. Ellen couldn't help but admire her beauty, her future beauty. Sara was beautiful, voluptuous. Ellen had even come to find her various tattoos sexy. Ellen had never had tattoos before.
This upcoming transplant is a "gift" from Dr. Divine.

Ellen accompanied Sara to the operating room, where Dr. Divine was waiting.
 - "So, Ellen, ready to take the plunge?" Ellen fixed her gaze on Sara.
 - "Oh yes, Doctor. I can't wait to assist you in this new body."
Ratched helped Ellen lie down on the operating table next to Sara. She now knew all the ins and outs of the procedure. Ratched placed the mask over her face to put her to sleep. Before falling asleep, Ellen thought she saw a small smile behind Divine's surgical mask.
Once Ellen was asleep, Divine began by injecting the serum at the base of Sara's neck. Unsurprisingly, there was no rejection, no adverse reaction. The operation could begin.

The operation over, Dr. Kemp, now in Sara's body, was returned to her room. Divine waited about an hour before joining her. She woke up almost immediately upon arrival.
She couldn't help but feel the difference. She felt more alert, more supple. Her skin felt softer. She stroked her face. Every trace of wrinkles, every sign of skin damaged by time, had vanished.
Divine approached her. Waking up her patients always seemed to be the same routine, and it was quite satisfying to witness their complete satisfaction.
 - "So, Ellen, how are you feeling?"
 - "Divinely well, Alan. I'll never know how to thank you enough for this new life."
 - "Oh, it's very simple. Your assistance and devotion will be enough for me."
Ellen already sensed that her sexuality had taken a turn. She could see that Divine's gaze was no longer the same. Because even if she remained the same person, it was undeniable that she had become far more sexually attractive than her previous body. She thought at that moment that, thanks to her mind and now her body, she might be able to get closer to Alan.

    Divine left her room, saying,
 - "I'll let you rest and enjoy your new body. We don't have anything else scheduled for the moment."
Ellen ignored Divine and continued to caress herself. She remembered the difficult times in her life, the way others looked at her. She had been criticized, mocked, insulted. Now she could finally get her revenge on the world! How lucky she was right now. First, this golden opportunity, accompanied by an incredible salary. Then, the discovery of the serum. And finally, this newfound youth and sexuality! Yes, Ellen was very fortunate that this sister had appeared at just the right time.

She almost lost her balance as she stood up, because she wasn't yet used to her new appearance. She then went to her bathroom and was relieved to see that there was no trace of the operation. It was amazing. She saw that Ratched had left the outfit Sara had worn when they met. Ellen smiled as she thought about her new wardrobe, which she could now afford. She picked out her clothes, an outfit she would never have dared to wear before without looking ridiculous. The small t-shirt showed off her alluring cleavage, and the leather pants, clinging to her skin, highlighted her new, much slimmer and more flattering figure.

The next day, in Marion's apartment, she prepared to face another day. However, she remained very worried. She hadn't heard from her love, Sara. Sara had explained that she was about to see her brother again. At first, Marion excused Sara for her silence, imagining that she had forgotten, in the heat of the moment, about seeing her brother.
Marion knew very little about this brother. Just that he was a doctor, that he was trying to specialize in neurosurgery. But that he had encountered some "problems," which caused a certain distance between them. But Sara loved her brother, Jimmy, very much. Marion wanted to meet Jimmy very soon. But she decided to let Sara enjoy her brother's company.
But now, it seemed too strange. Marion had never gone so long without hearing from Sara. She made numerous phone calls in the morning and left several messages, asking him, then almost ordering him to call her back.

In a dark, isolated hangar, a curious group of individuals had gathered around a large, disfigured woman. She seemed to be giving them instructions. Each person had a somber and unsettling appearance. Most wore dirty, black clothes. The woman's real name was Georgina. She had been the leader of a terrorist faction for years. She had forged a solid reputation within the group. She was known for her cruelty and cold demeanor. She seemed to resent the entire world. She was one of the most wanted women on the planet. But she was also extremely intelligent. Her intelligence compensated for her extreme ugliness. She possessed considerable charisma. Her speeches and actions had managed to attract a large number of followers. She was currently working on a future attack. An embassy was her target. Her plan seemed perfect, Machiavellian. The date of the attack was not imminent, as she was being hunted and could never remain in one place for very long. The police, the FBI, Interpol—everyone was looking for her across several continents. This life on the run was starting to weigh heavily on her. She had to find a solution. She was very skilled at manipulating people, always knowing when to strike. She could act with ease. In fact, her childhood dream had been to become an actress. She adored cinema. But her unattractive appearance, revealed very early on, prevented her from fulfilling her dreams. Her hatred for the world was profound.

Marion had become far too worried. Even though Sara wanted to spend time with her brother, Jimmy, nothing could stop her from answering the phone or her numerous text messages. So she decided to go to Sara's apartment. Very soon after the start of their relationship, they had exchanged a spare set of keys.
Sara lived in a modest apartment in the city center. She knocked on the door, but getting no answer, decided to use the keys and went inside. She called out to Sara.
 - "Sara? Sara? Are you there? It's Marion!"
Marion was surprised as soon as she entered the hallway to find the apartment completely empty. No furniture, no decorations. Nothing remained. The apartment was ready to be rented out again! How was that possible? It was true that Sara spent more time at Marion's apartment. But she had already been to Sara's place several times. There were lots of movie posters. The furniture was modern. The kitchen was fully equipped. Marion's anxiety escalated.

Marion remained stunned for a long moment, unsure what to do. She tried to explain the reasons for Sara's silence, her absence. She and Sara were very much in love; she couldn't have simply vanished so suddenly. Something terrible must have happened to her.
She relentlessly searched every square inch of each room. Then she came across a photograph. A crumpled photograph. She gently smoothed it out so as not to damage it too much. It was a picture of Sara with a man. She didn't recognize the man, but she was certain it couldn't be her lover. Sara had been openly gay for a very long time. Her previous relationships before Marion had all been with women. She deduced that it could only be her brother, Jimmy Timmons. Although Marion had never met Jimmy, his face seemed familiar. Where could she have seen him? Then, it clicked! Marion needed to get home quickly to test a theory. She closed the door, carrying her belongings, but couldn't help shedding a tear. She missed her friend and was growing increasingly worried.

Marion rushed home. She didn't even take the time to close the door properly. She headed straight for a small shelf in the living room, where several magazines were piled, including a number of celebrity magazines. She flipped through them one by one.
 - "I'm sure I've seen that face in one of the magazines recently."
She finally came across the same article Sara had found while waiting for her audition. Marion placed the photo she'd found next to the one in the article to compare. It was definitely him. Apparently, this Jimmy hung out with movie stars. That was the only lead she had at the moment. The photo had the address of a café on it, along with a date and time. Perhaps Marion and Jimmy had arranged to meet? The date was the day after his disappearance.

It was an important date for Dr. Divine. Through the dark web, he was contacted by the notorious terrorist Georgina. He knew of her reputation; he knew she was very wealthy and highly sought after. He imagined he could make a fortune off her. He envisioned making her an offer she couldn't refuse. Celebrities flocked to the clinic. He had one in particular in mind.
Georgina arrived discreetly at the clinic, accompanied by a very imposing man who served as her right-hand man and bodyguard. When Divine saw Georgina, he realized he had a golden opportunity. He asked to be alone with her in his office. His bodyguard complied without a word. When they were alone, Divine began the conversation:
 - "I'm delighted to meet you. Your reputation precedes you, you..."
 - "I don't give a damn about your politeness. I've heard you're capable of certain favors. As you've probably noticed, my face could use a facelift, as they say. Apparently, for a price, you'll be able to give me the body of a 20-year-old. I wouldn't mind finally shutting up all those loudmouths around me."
 - "It's much more than that, Miss Giorgina. I'll make you take the place of a movie star!"
 - "What are you talking about! I could take the place of one of those Hollywood bimbos. You know I love movies, right?"
 - "Well then! How about taking the place of a beautiful actress? You'd be showing the world you're no longer on the run. Using the role of an actress as a cover for your activities. Who would suspect you?"
 - "And how much would that cost me?"
 - "One million dollars."
 - "You're a funny doctor!"
 - "And if I offered you... Megan Fox for that price?"
Georgina stopped laughing. She gave him a huge smile, which finally frightened the doctor.

Marion remained sad, unsure of how to win back her friend. She sat for a long time in her living room armchair, looking at the few photos she had of herself and Sara. She missed Sara terribly. Finding the apartment empty was a shock, followed by immense sorrow. Did Sara intend to break up? There was no sign of it. Their conversations were always optimistic, filled with hundreds of plans for the future together. No, Marion couldn't let things stay like this. She had to do something.

The following afternoon, Marion decided to go to the police station to report Sara missing. She waited an hour before being seen by a missing persons officer. She explained her situation: no answer to her phone calls or text messages, the empty apartment. The officer concluded that Sara had probably chosen to leave him and start a new life. Admittedly, the approach might seem harsh, but he couldn't open an investigation. Besides, Marion was considered only a "friend," not a member of his family. The officer noted all the information, however, and promised to contact a family member to see if they had any news. He reminded her that the number of "real" disappearances was very high in Hollywood, the land of opportunity for young people who dream of becoming actors.
Marion left the station annoyed, angry, and then sad. She knew the investigation wouldn't progress in that direction. Her last remaining option was to keep an eye on the café where Sara had met her brother. Perhaps she would pass by again? Or perhaps it was a café her brother frequented. She would wait as long as it took.

Meanwhile, at the clinic, Divine was expecting a new client, a very famous actress: Megan Fox. Although there was nothing to alter on her face or breasts, Megan was struggling to lose a few extra pounds. She had overindulged in sweets during her last shoot, and it was starting to show. She had a role in a historical film set in the Victorian era. She was to wear a magnificent dress. But while the dress had fit her perfectly at the beginning of filming, she realized it had become more difficult to put on recently. Filming was currently on hold.
Megan had run into Sydney Sweeney at a premiere. Sydney didn't know her very well, but she found her different, more distant, colder. Perhaps her growing fame and recent successes were starting to go to her head. They had, however, discussed the importance of their appearance, their physique. Sydney praised a clinic she'd recently visited. Megan felt uneasy as Sydney smiled while mentioning the clinic, her eyes undressing her. She looked Megan up and down. Megan even thought she heard a sigh. Despite everything, Megan trusted her and made an appointment with Dr. Divine. He was waiting for her at reception:
 - "It's a great pleasure to meet you, Ms. Fox. You'll be very comfortable here."
 - "Oh, but I don't plan on staying very long. I was thinking of just having liposuction. Just so I can fit into this darn dress again."
 - "As you see fit... Please follow me."
Megan obeyed and followed the doctor into the clinic.

Divine left Megan in Ratched's care.
 - "Mildred, could you please take care of Mrs. Fox? I need to start the protocol for Giorgina." Ratched understood the order without hesitation and replied with a knowing smile.
 - "Of course, Doctor. Please follow me, Mrs. Fox."
Megan and Mildred went into a small office. Megan had to fill out a form. There were some rather strange questions, and she didn't see the connection to liposuction. Megan stared intently at Mildred.
 - "You are very beautiful, Miss Ratched. You never had any intention of going into engineering or acting?" Coming from Megan Fox, this compliment touched Mildred.
 - "No, not really. In a previous life..." she said, slightly amused. "I was a journalist until I met the doctor."
 - "He's the one who operated on you?" "Yes, that's exactly it! I... I looked like a mess."
 - "Well, I think he did a fantastic job. It's reassuring. I think I'm in the right place."

Divine had already asked Georgina to begin her "training." He had already chosen Megan Fox for Georgina. He knew Georgina had always been a fan of Megan. She already knew her life and her films by heart. All she had to do was update her knowledge, especially the most recent details. She knew everything about Megan's personal life, her marriages, divorces, and children. She just had to fill in the gaps, mainly concerning the last film she was currently shooting. Unlike Sweeney, who wasn't filming, taking Megan's place would be more delicate, more difficult. Megan had a role to play in progress. Georgina would have to take over very quickly without arousing suspicion.

In the prep room, Divine and Kemp continued their discussion about the upcoming patient. Kemp confessed that she was also a big fan of Megan Fox. She expressed a touch of jealousy.
 - "To think that, if it had been just a few days later, I could have become Megan Fox!"
 - "You think I would have let you become Megan? Honestly, that woman has too much market value. It would have been such a waste."
    This last remark hurt Kemp.
 - "It's just a coincidence that this 'sister' appeared at the perfect moment. I would never have put you in an actress's body. I need an assistant far too much..."
 - "...than an assistant... Don't you find Sara's body seductive?" At these words, Kemp tried to approach         Divine and began to caress her face.
 - "We could be more than just business partners..." Divine roughly pushed his hands away and took a step back.
 - "Are you joking? Remember that our original bodies are brother and sister. And I would never want you in my bed, no matter what body you had. I know far too much about you."
Kemp grimaced. She would never accept being just an assistant. She had the beauty, the youth, the intelligence, and all the necessary knowledge to perform the transplants herself. Offended, her pride wounded, she began to think of a plan. Divine, seeing that he had offended Kemp, tried to make amends by proposing:
 - "Since you're a fan of this Megan, I'll let you operate on her alone."
Ellen approved this decision; it would give her time to think about the real next steps in the operations.

During the operation, Dr. Ellen Kemp kept replaying her last conversation with Dr. Divine. It had become clear that they would never be intimate. Despite the beauty of her new body, Ellen was, in reality, possessing the body of the doctor's sister. She also thought that she didn't like to share. She always preferred to work alone and knew solitude very well. The more she thought about it, the more she realized she no longer needed the doctor.
She was also troubled by the prospect of operating on her favorite actress. This terrorist, Georgina, was about to inherit one of the sexiest bodies in Hollywood. But then she thought, if she had inherited Megan's body herself, would she still have been able to operate? Obviously not. Sara's body suited her perfectly because of its anonymity. She had retrieved Sara Timmons' belongings, all her clothes, to have at least a few changes of clothes. Sara didn't have bad taste, but she was planning to revamp her wardrobe a bit. Ellen had found quite a few documents, papers related to the film industry. But few personal documents. She had identified Sara's brother, Jimmy, whose body Divine now inhabited. She had also found several photos of a very beautiful Black woman. She easily concluded that she was inhabiting the body of a woman who loved women, and wondered if this influenced her own sexual orientation.
The operation was almost complete. Usually, Georgina's body was supposed to be destroyed. Without really knowing why, she decided not to get rid of it just yet.

Kemp ordered Ratched to escort Giorgina back to her room. She shouldn't be long. Still a little annoyed at not having had Megan's body herself, Kemp decided not to be there when she woke up. Besides, she disliked the woman, even though she paid very well. Giorgina did indeed wake up 10 minutes after returning to her room. She immediately felt the difference. She had become thin and light. Her skin was soft and well-groomed. Her breasts were perfectly proportioned. She went to her bathroom and exclaimed in front of the mirror:
 - "I'm so sexy now with Megan Fox's body!"
The operation was perfect. It felt strange for Giorgina to now embody her favorite actress.  Giorgina decided to stay at the clinic a little longer to practice her new role before resuming her double life as a terrorist actress.

Finally, her patience was rewarded. Marion had made a habit of riding her motorcycle around the neighborhood and the area near the café several times a day. The motorcycle allowed her to be faster and move around more freely.
She recognized Jimmy Timmons strolling down the street. Engrossed in his phone, he didn't realize he was now being watched by Marion. Marion hesitated to approach him immediately. She didn't want to frighten him. She would have to find a way to get closer.

Marion drove slowly past Sara's brother. Suddenly, Jimmy was approached by a stunning blonde who came over and took his arm. They didn't kiss, but seemed quite close. Marion discreetly took a picture of the couple. Divine and Ratched headed towards the café. Wanting to improve her chances, Marion decided to try making a move through this pretty blonde. They both seemed to be regulars at the café.

The next day, Marion lingered around the café, hoping to see Jimmy or that charming blonde again. It was finally the latter who arrived alone.
Marion took the initiative and approached her.
 - "Good evening, I see you're alone. Would you care to have a drink? I hate drinking alone."
Ratched, who wasn't used to being flirted with by a woman, decided to give it a try. Why not, after all? And Ratched did indeed need some company. Divine was extremely focused on his work. He spent a lot of time with Dr. Kemp, which made Ratched a little jealous.
 - "My name is Marion, and yours?" Marion began.
 - "Mildred, pleased to meet you."
 - "You're a very beautiful woman. Are you a model?" Marion asked.
 - “Oh no, but thank you for the compliment. I’m a nurse,” replied Mildred.
 - “Oh, what a strange coincidence. I’m a nurse too. But alas, unemployed.”
 - “I work at a clinic not far from here. Perhaps I could find you a job.”
In reality, Ratched thought this Marion was a very beautiful woman. She even wondered what it would be like to be in the body of a Black woman. She thought that perhaps, with a new appearance, Alan would be interested in her again. In the meantime, she could offer him a temporary job. They were both very busy at the moment.
Marion and Mildred continued chatting throughout the evening. Marion continued her lie, pretending to be a single, unemployed nurse. She tried to flirt with Mildred, who seemed to be quite receptive.
 - “Come to this address the day after tomorrow. I’ll see what I can do.”

Marion was pleased to have successfully impersonated a nurse. Her initial approach had paid off, having managed to obtain the clinic's address. However, she remained worried, still without news of Sara. That same afternoon, she decided to return to the café.
She sat on the terrace, pondering her next move. She had an appointment at Sara's brother's clinic. She decided it would be wise to do some research before questioning him about her sister.
Lost in thought, she didn't notice the famous Megan Fox making a discreet entrance. She sat down at a table and ordered a whisky. A few moments later, Divine appeared and approached Megan. Marion was somewhat relieved to see Jimmy again. But she found these meetings with celebrities strange. After Sydney Sweeney, now Jimmy was seeing Megan Fox. Marion couldn't overhear their conversations, but she did see Megan hand Jimmy a check. Why this kind of transaction in the middle of a café? Cosmetic surgery isn't usually paid for by check or cash. It's more often done by bank transfer. What kind of surgery could be performed at this clinic?
Yes, Marion thought it would be interesting to find out more about this clinic.

Sara's brother left the café first, leaving Megan alone. Megan lingered for a while longer, seemingly enjoying being undressed by the eyes of all the men in the café. Then, in turn, she paid the bill and left. Marion got back on her motorcycle and followed Megan's car. She realized Megan was heading to the set of her latest film.
Megan went to her caravan. A few minutes later, she emerged, dressed in a magnificent Victorian-era gown. Marion had a small role in the same film, but her work was finished. She had no trouble moving around the set. Curiosity got the better of her, and she went to ask Megan about it.
 - "Hi Meg. How are you?"
Megan, aka Georgina, took a moment before answering. Georgina's gaze was cold; she scrutinized Marion from head to toe. Marion immediately felt as if she hadn't recognized her. Sure, she was just a minor actress, but she thought she'd gotten along with her well enough.
 - "Yeah, hi, what do you want?" The tone of her voice unsettled Marion.
 - "Um... I just wanted to know how the film shoot was going?"
 - "It's going well. Want an autograph? Who are you again?"
 - "It's me, Marion. We acted together in a few scenes in this film a few days ago." Realizing her mistake, Georgina changed her tone and smiled at her.
 - "Oh, sorry, Marion. My memory's playing tricks on me."
 - "I saw you, by chance, with a handsome young man in a café earlier..."
 - "Are you following me?" she asked again in that icy tone. “No, I swear, it’s pure coincidence.”
 - “He’s my doctor. He’s the one who treated me for my trans… my liposuction. I have to get back to the set… I have to go.”
Georgina didn’t give Marion a chance to reply or say goodbye. Marion watched her walk away from her caravan. She noticed her gait was very different. Then two things came back to her. In their last conversation, Megan had said she wanted to quit smoking and drinking. Yet, Megan had just had a glass of whiskey at the café, and she came out of her caravan with a cigarette. How could someone change so much?
Marion checked that no one was watching her before quietly entering Megan’s caravan.

Once inside, Marion began to rummage around. She found nothing unusual. Period clothes hung on hangers, the film script was covered in annotations, makeup effects were present, a bourbon bottle button was unopened, some packs of cigarettes were unopened, and a few of Megan's personal belongings were on display.
Marion lifted the mattress of the small bed in her caravan and found a small trunk. Luckily, it wasn't properly closed. She lifted the lid and was stunned by its contents. She found a kind of clockwork mechanism, numerous papers referring to the construction of a time bomb, and then an invitation in Megan Fox's name to a ball at an embassy. Next, she found extremely detailed plans of the embassy.
Marion remained dumbfounded by her discovery. What was Megan's plan? Between her increasingly strange behavior and the contents of the trunk, Marion wondered if Megan had been brainwashed. Just like you see in the movies. Marion put everything back in place to avoid being spotted. She had to go back to the police station and warn them that something serious was being planned.

Once the scene was filmed, Georgina remained satisfied with herself. No one suspected her at the moment. She was playing the role of Megan Fox perfectly. What a pleasure to be so admired, so courted. Her acting work for the day was finished. She returned to her trailer to change and thought back to the conversation she'd had with Marion. She would have to be more careful in the future. Once back in civilian clothes, she informed her assistant that she wanted to be alone for the rest of the day. She took her own car and returned to the hangar to rejoin her team and continue the preparations for her attack.
In the hangar, she first went into a small bathroom to change and put on her favorite fur coat. She looked at herself in the mirror, pleased with her appearance.
 - "I feel so good in my own skin."

Georgina rejoined her team. Her men were still amazed by her transformation. The first time they saw Georgina in Megan Fox's guise, they couldn't believe their eyes. Moreover, the way they looked at her had truly changed. But when one of the men questioned her, not believing her, she grabbed his testicles and squeezed them tightly. She wanted to set an example. The man writhed in pain and remained on his knees, his hands on his testicles, almost in tears.
 - "It's me, Georgina! I want you to think and act with your brains, not your penises! Otherwise, you'll suffer the same fate as him... or worse."
No one dared contradict her. Although captivated by Megan Fox's beauty, many preferred to lower their gaze in her presence.

Marion arrived at the police station an hour after leaving Megan's caravan. She had put everything back in its place, but regretted not having thought to take pictures of the trunk's contents. The story would be hard to believe.
She encountered a different police officer than on her previous visit. He ushered her into his office. Another officer joined them.
 - "So, how can I help you?"
 - "I must inform you that an attack is being planned at the embassy, during the ball that will take place soon."
The two officers stared at her.
 - "Can you tell me more?"
 - "Yes, I found the plans for a bomb and an invitation to this ball. I think one of the guests is going to plant a bomb during the reception."
 - "And do you know who?"
 - "Uh... Megan Fox."
 - "Megan Fox... The movie actress?"
The two police officers looked at each other and chuckled softly, which irritated Marion.
 - "But I'm serious, I'm telling you the truth!"
 - "And where did you find... this evidence?"
 - "In her caravan."
 - "Didn't it occur to you that it might be for a film? We're bombarded with all these action and spy movies these days."
 - "No, the film she's shooting right now is set in the Victorian era and has nothing to do with one of those action flicks."
 - "Don't you have any of this evidence on you?"
    Marion struggled to answer.
 - "No ... unfortunately."
 - "Look, Miss. Megan Fox is a very famous actress, and I don't see why she would suddenly start engaging in terrorist activities. I'm sure there's a much more logical explanation for this. Perhaps you misinterpreted or misjudged what you found."
Marion didn't hesitate to reply or discuss her suspicions about the clinic and her brainwashing hypothesis.
 - "You're right, gentlemen. It's ridiculous. Please excuse me for wasting your time."
 - "It's nothing. These things happen."
Marion preferred to leave to avoid further questioning. If she wanted to convince them, she would need proof.

Marion had a lot of trouble sleeping the following night. Still worried about Sara, the discovery of Megan's activities, the mocking tone of the police. She felt lost, but desperately wanted to find the truth.
She left for the clinic at the time of the appointment Ratched had given her. She found the clinic without any trouble. At first glance, the clinic looked like any other. Marion was greeted by Ratched.
 - "Hi Marion. It's a pleasure to see you again."
 - "Hello Mildred. Thank you again for wanting to help me."
Divine appeared behind Mildred. He extended his hand.
 - "Pleased to meet you, Marion. I'm Dr. Alan Divine."
Divine's response immediately shocked Marion, who didn't let on. Had she made a mistake? She was convinced that the doctor in front of her could only be Jimmy Timmons. Marion managed to keep her composure. Divine continued:
 - "Mildred has told me a lot about you. She found you... fascinating. So you're looking for a nursing position?"
 - "Yes, Doctor. I've been unemployed for a long time. Here's my resume and references."
Marion handed her the documents. They were obviously fake, but convincing enough. Marion hoped they wouldn't run any checks too quickly.
 - "Listen, if you don't mind. I'd like you to start today. You'll like it here."
 - "With pleasure."
-"Mildred will show you where to change."
Marion followed Mildred down the long corridors of the clinic. The infiltration operation had begun.

While Marion was being initiated by Ratched, Divine joined Kemp to welcome a new patient.
An elderly woman introduced herself. Her name was Aileen. She was a serial killer and bank robber, wanted by the police for years. But, growing old, she no longer had the strength to be on the run. Divine thought about finding her a new identity, not considering actresses, but rather an influencer. Some influencers had achieved great fame. They were often beautiful and wealthy. Their image being their livelihood, they also frequently resorted to cosmetic surgery. One had to adapt to the times.
During the interview, Divine noticed that Kemp was colder and more distant towards him. Perhaps he had been too harsh with her. Kemp remained professional and asked his patient the initial questions to complete her file.

Marion was wearing her new nurse's uniform. Ratched gave her a tour of the entire clinic. Her first task was to clean and disinfect the instruments for an upcoming operation. She didn't give any details about the type of surgery. When Ratched left, summoned by Dr. Divine, Marion took the opportunity to go to the next room, which resembled an archive room. She began searching through the files.
During her search, she came across the files of Sydney Sweeney and Megan Fox. She didn't understand the medical jargon. Divine's handwriting was very poor. But the diagrams accompanying her files looked like electroencephalograms. There were brain scans. Her suspicions were correct. This Dr. Timmons, or Divine, was performing operations on her patients' brains. Probably brainwashing.

Dr. Kemp had just finished his last procedure, and she thought she deserved a coffee. She heard a noise coming from Dr. Divine's office. Curious, she knew Alan had gone out to meet another celebrity. She entered the office and came face to face with a very attractive Black nurse who was rummaging through the desk drawers. The young woman turned her head toward Kemp and, instead of being frightened, she was pleasantly surprised. She smiled broadly and, without a word, threw herself at Kemp, embracing him. This surprised Kemp, who hadn't expected this reaction.

Marion was happy; she had finally found Sara. She hugged Dr. Kemp, unaware of the truth.
 - "Oh, Sara! I've finally found you! I missed you so much!"
A lightbulb went off in Dr. Kemp's head. Apparently, this young woman knew the body she was inhabiting. Kemp knew that this Sara was Dr. Timons' sister, the body occupied by Dr. Divine. Then Kemp remembered a conversation he'd had with Ratched earlier that day. They had just hired a young Black nurse, a potential candidate for a transfer. What was her name again?
 - "Oh, Sara! I was so worried! What are you doing here? Why are you dressed as a doctor? Why didn't you answer me?"
The name of this young newcomer came back to Kemp.
 - "Marion, I'm sorry you were worried, but I..."
Kemp's mind raced.
 - "You remember I was supposed to find my brother, and also that I had a future role as a doctor. Well, Alan... I mean, Jimmy, offered me the chance to assist him and learn the proper etiquette and gestures to perfect my future role."
 - "I understand. But nothing prevented you from answering my calls or texts."
 - "Yes, that's true. I apologize. I'm unforgivable, but you see... I made a discovery that made me hesitate to contact you. I was afraid of losing you in danger."
-"You intrigue me. What did you discover?"
 - “I think my brother is involved in some shady business. I have to make up my mind to report him… But he’s my brother, maybe you can help me expose him?”
- “Sara, I’m so happy, I’d do anything for you now that I’ve found you again…”
 - “Really anything?”
Kemp smiled. A wonderful opportunity lay before her. If her plan worked, she could get rid of Divine and even that Marion. Her plan seemed Machiavellian.

Marion had figured out Sara's plan. Kemp had managed to convince her to help. While pretending to be Sara, Kemp explained that she wanted to expose her brother, to make him confess his activities. But that he wouldn't confess easily. She asked Marion to kidnap the doctor after work and bring him to her apartment, where she would meet her. Marion didn't object.
 - "Could you explain what your brother is up to?"
 - "I'm not sure, but I think he's blackmailing celebrities, and I even think he's helping a terrorist group."     Marion, shocked, agreed to help her friend.
 - "After work, I'll go to the props department at the studio. I think I can get a revolver there."
This idea appealed to Kemp, but she had a better one. Having lived in a dangerous neighborhood, Kemp already owned a gun, the one she would use to commit suicide.
 - "Wait. I have what you need."
Kemp gave her the weapon and informed her of the doctor's departure time, then she accompanied Marion to the parking lot. She asked Marion to hide in the back of the car. Knowing where Divine kept her keys, she had no trouble opening the car. She left Marion hidden in the back and returned to put the keys back in their place.
A moment later, Divine got behind the wheel of his car. He had barely put the key in the ignition when Marion appeared behind him.
 - "Marion, what are you doing in my car?"
- "We need to talk, Doctor! We need to talk about your illicit activities!"
- "What are you talking about?"
-"Start the car, I'll give you directions!"

Divine, fearing for his life, followed Marion's instructions without question. They arrived at Marion's apartment fairly quickly. However, they didn't encounter anyone on the way.
Inside the apartment, Marion sat the doctor down in an armchair and knocked him unconscious with the butt of her revolver. Then she securely tied Divine to the chair.
Marion had discovered immense courage within herself. Her reunion with Sara boosted her spirits. She remained intrigued by Sara's accusations. Regardless, Marion was blindly in love with Sara. Sara knocked on the door thirty minutes later. Dr. Divine began to wake up. He was bewildered to see his young, recently hired nurse talking with Dr. Kemp.
 - "Ellen! Thank God you're here! Come untie me! I don't know what this crazy woman wants!"
Kemp didn't answer her, and gave her a huge, chilling smile. The next moment, Marion snuggled into Kemp's arms.
 - "Why does Jimmy call you Elle?" Marion asked.
- "For no reason... He's rambling, he'll tell you anything."

    Divine began to understand:
 - "Marion, it's not Sara! It's Dr. Ellen Kemp, my assistant! We performed a tr..."
Kemp stepped forward quickly, grabbed the revolver that was still on the table, and hit the doctor with it.

 - "Shut your mouth! You'll shut up! We know you know about brainwashing! But it didn't work on me!"

Kemp's language and brutality surprised Marion. Kemp then turned to Sara and ordered her:
 - "Call the cops! We'll let him talk to them."
Marion picked up the landline and began dialing. Divine immediately objected.
 - "You're making a mistake! That bitch Kemp is trying to double-cross me! She wants to steal my business. She..."
Divine didn't have time to finish her sentence before Kemp shot her in the head to silence her. Shocked, Marion dropped the phone to the floor. The message that all lines were busy and that callers should wait can be heard. Kemp remained calm, picked up the phone, and hung up quickly. Marion remained silent, stunned by what she had just witnessed. In her mind, Sara had just coldly murdered her own brother. For Kemp, it was more of a change of direction. Kemp hugged Marion to comfort her.
 -  "Calm down! It was necessary! Divine was overwhelmed! It had to be done!"
 - "Divine? But who is this Divine?"
Kemp smiled, which unsettled Marion.

Marion looked into Kemp's eyes and gradually felt uneasy. She continued to hug him, but no longer felt Sara's hand on her back. Marion immediately felt a sharp prick in her buttock. Kemp had discreetly injected Marion with a powerful sedative using a syringe. She quickly injected Marion despite the difficulty of penetrating the young woman's leather leggings.
 - "What... have you... done to me..."
Marion collapsed to the floor. Kemp knelt down and checked Marion's pulse to make sure she hadn't given her too much of the sedative. Marion was fast asleep.

Kemp had some difficulty bringing Divine's corpse and Marion's sleeping body back to the clinic. She carefully placed them in Divine's car, choosing the right moment. She also cleaned up all traces of their presence in the apartment.
Back at the clinic, she placed the corpse on the floor of her office. Then, she put Marion on an operating table and strapped her down securely.
Marion woke up after a while. She seemed disoriented and wondered where she was. She recognized one of the operating rooms. She didn't understand why she was strapped down. Kemp appeared. She had changed and was wearing a surgeon's scrubs.
 - "Oh, you're awake? It's alright. You'll quickly fall back into a deep sleep before the operation."
 - "What operation? And why am I strapped down? Sara... What have you done to me?"
 - "Oh, Marion. You still don't understand? I'm not Sara. I'm Dr. Ellen Kemp. I stole your girlfriend Sara's body."
 - "That's impossible..." Marion replied, tears welling in her eyes. "What are you going to do with me? Are you going to kill me?"
 - "Oh no, Marion. I'll set you free soon! Right after a tiny operation that will change your life."
Marion felt dizzy. She looked around and saw that her arm was connected to an IV. She fell back into a deep sleep.

Once Marion was asleep, Kemp pushed her bed toward the operating room, where Georgina's body was being kept. She performed the procedure once again. Her plan was working perfectly. Marion would inherit Georgina's body, making her the perfect scapegoat for Dr. Divine's murder. She would explain that Georgina, disappointed by the results of cosmetic surgery—something no one would ever agree to—had taken revenge by killing her. Given her record and reputation, no one would believe her tall tale.
The operation over, Kemp left Marion asleep inside Georgina's body, then began to think about Marion's body, and then an idea came to her.

Kemp waited for Ratched to arrive. Her shift was about to start. She joined Mildred before she began searching for the doctor. She had to explain the situation.
 - "Mildred, I have terrible news for you."
 - "What's going on, Dr. Kemp?"
 - "Alan is dead. I killed him,"
Kemp confessed without remorse. Ratched was surprised, shocked, and then a little sad.
 - "But why?"
"I've always worked alone. And he had no right to reject me!"
Ratched began to think about her own situation. Given their activities, she remained very involved in Divine's business. She would inevitably be arrested too if she reported Kemp. As if Kemp could read her thoughts, she continued.
 - “You have two options: the first is to flee. You disappear! And I would say you were an accomplice to this murder.”
Rachted was terrified. This woman seemed diabolical.
 - “Or, you keep your position at the clinic by working for me from now on.”
Did she really have a choice? She knew Kemp could perform the same operations as Divine, that their business could continue. She made a lot of money from their work. It would be a shame to lose it all. After all, she was no longer close to the doctor.
    Kemp repeated his offer:
 - “If you agree to work for me, however, I will ask you for a huge favor.”

Kemp led Ratched to a room in the clinic. Ratched saw Marion lying on the bed.
 - "But why is she asleep?" asked Mildred.
 - "Oh, but she's not asleep."
Mildred then realized it was a lifeless body, without a brain.
 - "Actually, this Marion was Jimmy Timmons' sister, as well as Sara's girlfriend, in my body." Mildred was astonished by this information.
 - "We can't make her disappear. If someone were looking for her, they could use the same approach, create a link with Sara, then me, then Timmons, Divine."
 - "What do you have in mind?"
 - "I'm asking you to embody this Marion. Once you've assumed her identity, you'll cut ties with her circle, give up your acting career, and join me in your current position as a nurse."
Mildred began to think. It was true that Marion's body was very seductive. It saddened her to have to leave Jennifer's body. But once again, she felt she had no choice.

Mildred agreed. She changed into her hospital pajamas while Ellen prepared the operating room. They had to act quickly to resume their activities as soon as possible.
During the operation, Ellen reconsidered the next steps in her plan and the adjustments she would make to the clinic that now belonged to her. She had hesitated to keep Ratched on staff, having doubts about the nature of her relationship with Divine. But there was too much money at stake. Divine's business was now her business.

An hour later, Marion awoke. She was surprised to find she no longer felt restrained. Her body ached. She tried to piece together her memories. She scanned the room. Her vision, which had always been perfect, was still a little blurry. She felt slower, heavier. She tried to stand and nearly lost her balance once her feet touched the cold tile floor. She recognized the operating room. Trying to steady herself, she placed her hand on the nearby table and saw with horror that it was white, old, and wrinkled. She thought she was having a nightmare and rushed to the mirror. She was stunned to see Georgina's face. The shock was so intense that she fainted and fell heavily to the floor, hitting her head hard.

It was Mildred's turn to wake up in the next operating room. Unlike Marion, Ratched quickly remembered the purpose of the operation. She was still young and beautiful, but with a different kind of beauty. She quickly got to her feet and went to the mirror. Her reflection captivated her, and she began to say:
 - "It's so strange and sexy to have a black body. I like it."
She didn't regret losing Jennifer Watson's blonde body. A new life lay before her.

Ellen Kemp appeared in the operating room and found Ratched.
 - "So, how are you?"
-"It's wonderful. I feel perhaps even younger than in my previous body."
 - "Very well. I just found Marion unconscious. Apparently, she didn't like her new look. I doubt she'll make it in the movies," Kemp said ironically.
 - "What do we do now, Doctor?"
 - "I dressed Marion in Giorgina's clothes, not without difficulty. And I called the police about Dr. Divine's murder. I arranged to leave Giorgina's fingerprints on the gun used to kill Alan. I suggest you change into a nurse's uniform before the cops arrive."
 - "Very well, I'll change."
Ratched wanted to linger in the bathroom, to admire her new curves and explore her new body, but they were in a hurry. Ratched heard a police siren approaching. Ten minutes later, she joined Kemp in the parking lot, who was watching Marion's arrest. Marion seemed disoriented; the blow to the head had clearly stunned her.
 -  "You're mistaken! It wasn't me! I'm Marion! They stole my life!" Marion shouted.
 - "That's right! A long stay in jail awaits you, my beauty!"
Ellen and Mildred watched the scene for a moment, amused. They then saw the police officers load Dr. Divine's body into the car. Ellen had the presence of mind to call him Jimmy Timmons. The police later uncovered his criminal record and his past. Kemp also introduced herself to the police as Sara Timmons and pretended to be saddened by the loss of her brother.
 - "I hope she rots in prison," said Ellen.

A month later, business resumed. Dr. Ellen Kemp, disguised as Sara Timmons, had fully and flawlessly taken over the activities of the late Dr. Divine. She had to file a police report, then she had to arrange her brother's funeral. It was simple and quick. She gave him a magnificent funeral, but no one came. Only she and Ratched were present. The investigation concluded it was a cold-blooded murder. Marion, in Giorgina's body, remained in prison.
Mildred Ratched subsequently assumed Marion's identity. She quit her job and her apartment, much to the surprise of those around her, and explained that she wanted to study nursing. She had, of course, returned to her old position, as if nothing had happened. She grew closer and closer to Ellen. She still kept her distance, however, but a certain complicity developed between them.
The doctor's murder was quickly forgotten, as the news focused on a terrible, but ultimately unsuccessful, bombing attempt at an embassy. An explosion nearly killed actress Megan Fox, who, curiously, escaped unharmed. She was being courted at the very moment she was outside in the embassy garden.
That day, a new client approached Ellen and Mildred.
 - "Pleased to meet you, I'm Dr. Ellen Kemp, and this is my assistant, Mildred Ratched. How can we help you?"

THE END ... ?
